The classic game is played when a bunch of sticks are held loosely and released on a flat surface each stick falling in a random disarray. Each player in turn must remove a stick without disturbing any surrounding sticks. The sticks could be made of anything from bone, bamboo, ivory, wood, plastics or way back when…straw!
